It provides the services of salting, gritting and snow clearance in the pedestrian zone, public stairways, pedestrian walkways, stair accessways and disabled accessways, and keeps salt boxes in city districts supplied with salt in winter. Its staff and machinery are on call at 16 locations in the city in shifts, allowing Zagreb City Holding Ltd, Subsidiary Čistoća to provide its services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Even though its staff and machinery are spread out when performing their regular tasks, the staff of Zagreb City Holding Ltd, Subsidiary Čistoća is trained for bigger emergency interventions in case of extreme weather or other natural disasters.
