Zagreb City Holding Ltd, Subsidiary Čistoća operates different facilities in different locations. The office building, gates, mechanic workshop, garages, car wash, vehicle technical inspection station, filling station, gas station and transformer station, storages, staff accommodations and the restaurant are located on Radnička cesta 82. 16 local offices of the Street Cleaning Department are spread out around the City (Vlaška, Ilica, Savska, Medveščak, Maksimir, Dubrava, Pešćenica, Trnje, Novi Zagreb, Ilirska, Zagorska, Zagrebačka, Vukasovićeva, Gajnice, Špansko and Sesvete).

We are building a Service and Operations Centre at the Jakuševec location, whose construction is proceeding in stages. Outside plumbing, sewerage and hydrant network installations were built in the first stage and connected to the public networks. The main entrance and some of the roads, the gate, and the open carwash plateau were also built in the first stage. The second stage included the construction of the office building and boiler room, oil facility, locksmith’s workshop, and the lower unit of the glass pretreatment workshop, along with power line and telephone connections to outside networks (a new transformer station was built for this purpose). The third stage of construction of the Jakuševec Service and Operations Centre has been completed and has included the construction of the following facilities: covered outdoor storage, PET packaging pretreatment facility, south entrance and the access road leading thereto, and a service water well. A car wash was put in operation too.
